Pacha Sauvignon Blanc

Pacha mama is the name of the deity that represents the earth, a goddess worshiped by the peoples of the Andes. Our grapes grow 10 km from the Pacific and its exceptional landscapes that house one of the richest nature in the world, and that treasures legends transmitted from generation to generation. It is this richness that Pascal Marty wanted to bottle in his Reserva range.
 
Pacha Sauvignon Blanc is a wine fermented in steel vats, and aged on its fine lees for 60 days. The juicy mouth offers citrus notes, and a persistent acidity that invites another glass for the aperitif.
